Yesterday we went our trolling 5 lines with the view to targeting White Marlin, which is on Mikes bucket list. We ran Moldcraft, Williamsons and copy Islanders. After 7 hours of nothing but seeing good Tuna marks we noted a bait ball close in to shore with a lot of bird and fish activity, so we headed over there and almost immediately had 3 hook ups.

The fish finder showed a column of fish from bottom to top with the chevrons overlapping each other. I would estimate over 50 fish. As only Mike was fishing we tried to retain the other 2 by increasing the drag and allowing them to run, however both of these puled the hook and so were lost. Still Mike landed a good Blue Fish weighing 13.5 lbs, giving him the best end to the day possible.
